Yes. We regularly work in occupied offices, retail centers, and restaurants, whether that means after hours, on phased schedules, or behind dust barriers as needed. We protect finished areas, keep noise and debris contained, and clean the site daily so tenants and customers aren't disrupted.
Can you handle GC-coordinated schedules?
Yes. We're used to working under a general contractor's master schedule, hitting our milestones for framing inspections, rough-in coordination with other trades, and finish deadlines. You deal with one person who answers the phone and keeps the job on schedule.
Do you do metal-stud framing for custom features like curved walls?
Yes. Curved walls, radius soffits, atrium framing, and other custom metal-stud features are a specialty, not a special request. We've framed and finished curved feature walls and multi-story atrium ceilings across San Antonio commercial builds.

Can you take over a drywall scope another contractor started?
Yes, and we have. At The Arnold at Plaza Saltillo in Austin we came in to complete another contractor's scope, and on StoryBuilt's townhome and multi-family work we stayed through the developer's receivership and finished the job. Send us what is built and what is left, and we will price the takeover.
How many people can you put on a job?
Anywhere from a two-person crew for a small finish-out or repair up to crews of 65 or more on a large project. Our largest multi-family job to date is a 360-unit community, and we have framed roughly a thousand Austin multi-family units with Andres Construction.
